Waar het over gaat
Which information must travel with a transfer of funds or crypto-assets, how payment service providers and crypto-asset service providers detect missing or incomplete information and what they do with such transfers (published 4 July 2024, applying since 30 December 2024). The Transfer of Funds Regulation is not replaced by the AML package; AMLA lists the guidelines among the instruments that continue to apply.
Wat het in de praktijk betekent
Payment and e-money institutions, banks and CASPs: keep the transfer screening, the treatment of incomplete transfers and the self-hosted-address checks aligned with these guidelines.
