Each organisation has its own workspace, data, team and plan. Users are unlimited within an organisation. An advisory firm that works for several clients takes the Advisor plan, which covers ten client organisations.
No. Every paid plan starts with 14 days of full access. Subscribe from the Team section when you want to keep it; otherwise the workspace continues as Stay informed and nothing is deleted.
Yes, at any time under Team. The difference is settled pro rata on the next invoice; a switch to the free plan takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Prices exclude VAT. Pay by card at checkout, or choose "Pay by invoice" under Team: you receive an invoice payable within 14 days, with your VAT number and purchase order number on it. Invoices are available in the billing portal.
