A mandate in the AML package that AMLA has scheduled in its Single Programming Document 2026-2028 or announced in a press release. No consultation paper exists yet and no EBA text covers the topic.

What it covers

Indicators of suspicious activity or behaviour, to be updated periodically, supporting the AMLR's suspicion-based reporting standard. Statutory deadline 10 July 2027 ("by July 2027" in AMLA's programming document); AMLA runs it as a dedicated workstream within the common Risk Factor Guidelines. No consultation paper yet.

What it means in practice

Re-document the reporting policy, turnaround times and the distinction between "unusual" (Wwft) and "suspicious" (AMLR); map the indicators onto monitoring scenarios once published.
