A mandate in the AML package that AMLA has scheduled in its Single Programming Document 2026-2028 or announced in a press release. No consultation paper exists yet and no EBA text covers the topic.
Waar het over gaat
General conditions for the functioning of AML/CFT supervisory colleges for cross-border groups, in the financial sector (Art. 49) and, new, in the non-financial sector (Art. 50). Statutory deadline 10 July 2026; AMLA schedules the consultations for Q4 2026 and the final drafts for Q1 2027. Until then the joint ESA guidelines on AML/CFT colleges (2019) apply to financial supervisors.
Wat het in de praktijk betekent
No direct obligations for obliged entities. Cross-border groups will see their supervisors coordinate through a college; AMLA takes part in selected colleges since November 2025.
Titels, samenvattingen en versienotities zijn de officiële Engelse bewoordingen van het register en blijven in elke taalversie Engels; de statuslabels en datums zijn vertaald.
