- AMLAR art. 11(6)
- Expected
- December 31, 2026
- Applies to
- every type of obliged entity
A mandate in the AML package that AMLA has scheduled in its Single Programming Document 2026-2028 or announced in a press release. No consultation paper exists yet and no EBA text covers the topic.
What it covers
How supervisors feed AMLA's central AML/CFT database with information on obliged entities, weaknesses and measures, and how AMLA shares it. AMLA planned the consultation for Q2 2026 and the final draft for Q3 2026; a consultation package was expected at the General Board in September 2026. The EBA's central database (EuReCA, Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/595) transferred to AMLA on 1 January 2026 and keeps operating until the new rules apply.
What it means in practice
No direct obligations for obliged entities. Supervisory findings and measures against your institution are recorded centrally and visible to other supervisors and AMLA.
